Separation
As I eagerly await for you.
My heart beats so fast.
For I'm glad that you, my love,
Are coming home at last.
The days since you've been gone.
Seems like time suspended.
Long periods of missing you.
Will soon now be ended.

In times ahead, I know there'll be
More times away from you.
Endless days and sleepless nights.
I know I'll suffer through.
The only peace that I can find
While you're away from me,
That soon, my love, that long road back
My lonely heart will free.
