Sometimes I daydream about what it would be like
If you kissed my forehead for no particular reason at all,
Or if you picked me flowers from your backyard.
You don't have to buy me the world
Just write me a song.

Sometimes I think about what it would be like
If you stroked my hair for no particular reason at all,
Or if you drove to my house just to say "Hello."
You don't have to be perfect
Just love me for what I am.

Sometimes I dream about what it would be like
If you kissed my hand for no particular reason at all
Or if we chased the sunset until the night enveloped us.
You don't have to ride up on a white stallion
Just be my prince charming.
