A Taste
A taste of your complete undying love
Your lips as soft as any thornless rose
Your glance is all it took, oh what it shows
You bring me up to heaven up above

To fly together with the graceful dove
My heart was self-contained, never to close
It skips for you, for it you really chose
Contend or come between, I push I shove

Complete, our love will last eternal time
You make my soul so pure, for you it yearns
For I, no need to bite the hand that feeds
If thoughts to drift away, an awful crime

My passion kindled sparks of truth it burns
In all complete, your love fulfills my needs
