So the end is near
Its still so unclear
What will be coming next

Time to say goodbye
We'll laugh and we'll cry
But never forget eachother

were all sad to go
And we may never know
the what-ifs and could have beens

But were all here together
for one last time
cherish the moment
it wont last forever

this poem is so emotional to me because i am graduating grade 8 in a week this peom made me ball my eyes out.
