A Real Dad
I remember when I was two and my biological father walk out on me.

On my knees I begged him not to go and made my biggest and final plea.

But a new man I met my step dad my real dad.

The one that held me when I was down and sad.

The real dad that would dance me to sleep.

And when I woke up at night he would read me Miss. Bo Peep.

I love him with all my heart.

Like he loved me from the very start.

He has been in my life for years ,days, months, minutes, and seconds.

And even though I am a 13 year old teenager I will cherise him always and forever.
