face to face with death...
Fear me i am death
but i dont fear death,
death is my friend...
my only friend...
i am going to hell anyways...
so why so i try to make things better...
when i only make things worse...
Fear me i am death...
i feel no pain...i do not hurt...
i cut my wrist... wanting to feel some kind
of pain...i wait and i still feel nothing...no pain...
Fear me i am death...
i overdosed on midol first 12 then 14...
i dont die... why i try so hard, but NOOOOO
i am still here living this hard ass fucking life...
Fear me i am death...
first court then jail then group homes...
i dont want to live that way...
isn't there an EASIER way out...
FEAR ME I AM DEATH...

Death is hard and often cruel, but sometimes the pain and suffering preluding death is even worse. This poem explores the death of a sister, and gives rise to the possibility that maybe death can be relief.

There are no drugs to take, no accupunture to try, no miracle cures available. Yet, pains of the heart are always the most hurtful of all.
